Iron Man, Goliath (formerly known as Ant Man and Giant Man), the Wasp, and Thor intercepted a message from Rick Jones to capture the Hulk. Loki plotted a ruse to pit us against the Hulk. The Hulk joined our merry crew and we formed the Avengers to fight the enemies no one hero could fight alone.
