Here is a picture of happier days with 3 guys that I consider friends.
Hawkeye - fellow Avenger, leader of the Thunderbolts, has a remarkable ability to hit what he's aiming at through no super powers, just hours of practice. Started out as a bad guy, as documented in Tales of Suspense #57, #60, & #64. I found out later that he was more of a mislead guy. A couragous and heart-felt guy with strong convictions.
U.S. Agent - Used to be the Super Patriot who took over for Captain America at one time. He has super strength and agility and was trained by the Taskmaster. He later found his own identity and became a member of the West Coast Avengers and later Force Works. He's a stubborn man that is sometimes acts before he thinks, but he has a strong sense of loyalty.
War Machine (James Rhodes) - is probably my best friend. He was there shortly after my becoming Iron Man and even filled in for me as Iron Man. I designed his armor and later he was given an alien War wear armor. He currently has a salvage company that works all over the world. Although, he's never heard me say it, he is an assest to any company and any person he is around.
